Martin Property Pros is a local excavation company located in Greenville, KY, serving Western Kentucky and the Greater Nashville area, that has been serving residential and commercial clients since 2020. We specialize in site development, land clearing, demolition, pond construction, grading, and heavy equipment repairs.
Our founder, Cody Martin, grew up working with heavy equipment on a farm, building a foundation of skill and reliability that continues to guide our work today. He started tinkering with a skid steer when he was 17 and slowly grew from there.
What sets us apart is our commitment to simplicity and customer service. We handle projects from start to finish, sourcing materials and coordinating with other contractors so our clients never deal with unnecessary headaches.
